Douglas works in partnership with our Executive Leadership team to identify and prioritise market opportunities and value creation initiatives. Prior to joining Civica in October 2017, Douglas was a Senior Strategy Consultant with Teneo and holds a PhD in Plant Evolution and Ecophysiology.
