Global smart software company Civica has announced the full integration of Agylia Group Ltd.
Agylia is a specialist digital learning company which helps organisations around the world support, develop and engage their people through innovative learning management solutions, learning consulting and content creation services.
Its learning management software complements and slots in with Civica’s broad suite of workforce management solutions, which range from recruitment, HR & Payroll to field service management, employee engagement and occupational health.
Following Agylia’s acquisition in November 2020, the business has been working with customers including the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Professional Golfers Association to enhance their continuing professional development.
The Agylia learning management system supports more than 200,000 global learners with digital and blended learning for employees and external audiences. The software boosts engagement with induction and onboarding, compliance, leadership development, sales training and other learning programmes. Access to learning content is provided through client branded portals or mobile apps.
